Wigglesworth doesn't personalise once and call it done. It builds a picture of you, week after week, the way a real chef would — reading what you planned for the week, how each session actually went, what you loved and what you sent back. How does it know how you train?

Two moments — that's all it needs. When you generate your menu, you give Wigglesworth the week ahead — the sessions you've got planned. Then, after a workout, you tell it how that one actually went: easy, brutal, cut short, skipped. The first builds the plan; the second lets it adjust to the day you really had.
