Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Wigglesworth.
Service description. Wigglesworth is an AI-powered service that generates personalised weekly menus calibrated to the training information you provide. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical or dietary advice. See the full disclaimer on our homepage.
User responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Limitation of liability. Wigglesworth is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes arising from following menus or food suggestions generated by the service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or dietary advice.
Subscription and billing. Your first week is provided free of charge. Payment details are collected at sign-up; you will not be charged until your trial period ends, and you will receive a reminder before any charge is made. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select, and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Intellectual property. Menus generated for you are yours to use. The Wigglesworth platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Wigglesworth.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
