Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

What we collect. Wigglesworth collects three categories of information:

  • Account data: the information you provide when creating an account — your name and email address.
  • Profile and training data: the information you enter about yourself — age, weight, height, training schedule, session details, and dietary preferences — as well as feedback you provide on your generated menus.
  • Health and fitness data: where you choose to connect a wearable device (such as Whoop), Wigglesworth collects the health and fitness data that device provides, which may include heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep data, and recovery metrics. This data is classified as health data and is handled with additional care. Connecting a wearable is optional; you may use Wigglesworth without doing so.

We also store the menus generated for you each week.

How we use it. Your data is used solely to generate and improve your personalised weekly menus. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Legal basis for processing. We process your account and profile data on the basis of contractual necessity — this data is required to provide the service you have signed up for. Where we store feedback to improve your future menus, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the quality of the service. Health and fitness data collected from connected wearable devices is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the point of connecting your device. You may withdraw this consent at any time by disconnecting your wearable in your account settings.

Third-party services. We use the following third-party services to operate Wigglesworth:

  • Clerk: authentication and account management.
  • Supabase: data storage.
  • Anthropic (Claude API): AI-powered menu generation. Data sent to Anthropic's API is limited to what is necessary for menu generation and does not include more personally identifiable information than required.
  • Whoop: wearable health and fitness data, where you have chosen to connect your device.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Anthropic and Whoop operate servers in the United States; data transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and applicable EU regulations, including data processing agreements.

International data transfers. Our third-party service providers operate in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including data processing agreements that meet the requirements of Switzerland's Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG).

Data retention. We retain your account data and generated menus for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@wigglesworth.io.

Your rights. Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; request restriction of processing; receive your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@wigglesworth.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Switzerland's Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at www.edoeb.admin.ch.

Cookies. We use cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
